Sourcing & Screening of resumes from multiple platforms Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates. Coordinating with the HR Team in offer generation and documentation. Follow up with the candidate till joining and again till the replacement clause from the client company side. Daily Reporting & Submission of day to day activities.

Notes : Responsibilities: · Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to understand their hiring needs and preferences. · Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various healthcare roles, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. · Developing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals and industry contacts to stay up-to-date with industry trends and hiring needs. · To handle timesheet processing and manage the payroll on time · Requirements: · Experience in healthcare recruitment, with a deep understanding of the UK healthcare industry, including NHS and private healthcare providers. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. · Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Notes : Skills: Fluent Communication. LinkedIn. Job Boards & various ATS experience. Job Role: To demonstrate core recruitment skills to search the best candidates as per the Job description. Effective methodology to secure and save the database, also working on the existing huge bank of data shortlisting and pre-screening the candidates. Job Posting for candidate attraction. Co-ordinate with the US team for daily tasks and targets.
